What does PMCC do?

Professional engaged at all levels of organization need sound Project Management knowledge and skills. Be they are engaged in Business development (marketing), Produce design & development, Product testing, Product operation and maintenance, and all other functional areas including HR, Administration, and Finance etc. All professionals continuously strive hard to achieve overall business success, satisfy customer and stakeholder needs, deliver quality products on time and within budget by successfully "getting the things done" through "planning, organizing and managing resources" despite organizational constraints. This course facilitates professionals in performing their work with ease and moreover facilitates the participants to become PMP.

Our course is suitably designed for:

  • Project Team Members at introductory, intermediate and advanced levels to meet the needs of experienced and inexperienced first line managers.

  • Program Managers and Project Managers covering a wide range of activities and aimed at individuals in business responsible for day to day operations project management and people management.

  • Project Portfolio Management which reflect, accredit and develop the competencies of business planning, strategy, and the overview of company operations.

 

Through PMCC - MBP program, professionals shall accomplish the following:

  1. Clarify the role of projects and project management in the enterprise.
  2. Establish a standard project management methodology, including tools and communication.
  3. Develop forms and templates to facilitate the development of project estimates, plans, and reports.
  4. Provide for training in project management and project management tools.
  5. Provide guidance and mentoring in scope defining, schedule development & EV Mgmt.
  6. Develop a cadre of trained and competent project managers and project control specialists.
  7. Audit the implementation of project management in the enterprise and provide assistance in complying with standard project management practices.
  8. Perform a watchdog role to assure that good project management practices are being applied.
  9. Gather project experience and data for use in future projects and to improve project management methods.
  10. Provide a central, customer-focused office to care for the concerns of the client/sponsor.
